Myself and Jonny Sanders worked together to create a set of twelve animated lyric videos for the legendry Yoko Ono to accompany the release of her album Warzone.
Ono provided us with a single drawing for each track which served as the inspiration for each animation. We also produced a custom typeface using Ono’s handwriting for the project, creating a bespoke world for her lyrics and drawings to live in. As with her music, the animations aretender, quiet and fragile for some tracks, with others being loud, chaotic and surprising.
